Our Patient Process

Select your package / service

Choose the treatment or package that’s right for you (we offer several options tailored to your needs).

Click “Get Started”

Once you select your package, hit the “Get Started” button and you’ll be guided to the next step.

Enter your details & complete payment

We’ll collect your basic information, and you’ll complete the payment for the package you selected. This secures your place and allows us to prepare for you.

Receive our welcome email with forms + portal access

After payment, you’ll receive an email from us with:

  • Your intake forms (to provide your medical/history details)
  • An invite to our secure Patient Portal (where you’ll manage your account)

Schedule your appointment

Once you’ve submitted the intake forms, you’ll be prompted to schedule your appointment with one of our doctors at a time that suits you.

Doctor appointment takes place

Meet with the doctor for your consultation/treatment as booked.

Medication sent to remote pharmacy

Your medication will be sent to the remote pharmacy before it is delivered to you.

Allow up to 7 days for medication delivery

Please allow up to 7 days for your medication to arrive. We’ll keep you updated.

Refill reminder to re-order

When you’re about 60% through your current order, you’ll get a reminder to request a refill via your portal. This gives us enough time to process with the pharmacy and shipping—so you won’t have any lapse in care.
